Lock was pushing the ball downfield and has had a good camp; he also has a résumé of 28 NFL starts to let the Seahawks know what they have in a backup QB. He was just off on two throws that would have made his day look better—a third-down pass about 20 yards downfield to Jake Bobo and a deep route down the sideline to Foster that might have gone for a TD.
