Jeremy Shulman prefers WR17 McMillan over WR15 Flowers based on touchdown and volume upside. McMillan saw 122 targets as a rookie en route to a PPR WR16 finish in 2025; in his second season, Shulman expects targets to jump to the 150 range, projecting 90 receptions for 1,250 yards and 10 TDs (versus last year's 70 for 1,014 and 7).
