Sanders arrested on DUI and careless driving charges near Pittsburgh in June.

Former Penn State running back Miles Sanders was arrested on DUI and careless driving charges on June 8 near Pittsburgh. According to court documents, police found Sanders slumped over in the driver's seat of his car in the middle of William Penn Highway in Churchill Borough. Officers described Sanders as "extremely lethargic," noted he smelled of alcohol, and he admitted to drinking earlier in the day. Sanders performed poorly on three separate field sobriety tests and tested positive for alcohol on a portable breath test before being taken into custody.
