Judkins averaged 15.3 PPR points in his first six games last season without a normal training camp, finishing with 230 carries for 827 yards and seven total TDs in 14 games (missed three games with dislocated ankle). Production fell hard after that stretch, averaging just 9.5 PPR points in his final eight games as defenses keyed on him and an offensive line provided little help. Cleveland revamped the offensive line and upgraded the receiver room in 2026, both of which should open better running lanes. Jim Coventry's take: Judkins looked like an emerging star before his supporting cast collapsed; expects a better environment this year; he is the clear lead back in Cleveland with good floor and upside at RB23.
