Last season, 26% of TreVeyon Henderson's rushing yards came on just four carries. Insane. That would be like if Eric Dickerson had four 131-yard rushes in his 2,105-yard season in 1984. But my point is not to compare Henderson and Dickerson—because that would be even more insane—but to illustrate that Henderson is majorly boom-or-bust in fantasy.

Henderson is boom-or-bust with limited third-down role; averages 9.5 PPG when Stevenson plays.

Matthew Berry hates TreVeyon Henderson in 2026, calling him majorly boom-or-bust in fantasy. Last season, 26% of Henderson's rushing yards came on just four carries. He puts little effort into pass protection, which has mostly kept him off the field on third down. Henderson sees his usage cut on all downs when Rhamondre Stevenson is in action; when Stevenson played in 2025, Henderson averaged just 11.3 touches and 9.5 PPG. Henderson is more of an RB3/Flex option than the RB2 some are drafting him to be.
