the Rams sent running back Jarquez Hunter to the Dolphins after it became apparent that the 2025 fourth-round pick had fallen out of favor with McVay, and was no better than fourth on the depth chart. For Hunter, he was taken by the Rams in the fourth round of the 2025 NFL Draft, but was never able to beat out Ronnie Rivers for the team's depth role behind Kyren Williams and Blake Corum.
