Atwell faces crowded depth chart with Whittington (WR3), Mumpfield, Daniels, and Presley ahead.

Despite the Rams trading for Atwell, the source notes it will be hard for him to get on the field given the depth chart: Jordan Whittington is in a strong position for the WR3 role, Konata Mumpfield drew recent praise from Sean McVay, C.J. Daniels had a highly touted camp and preseason, and Brennan Presley made his case in the preseason opener. The team also heavily uses multiple tight ends, further limiting Atwell's opportunities.
