DeVito connects with Williams for third TD in three weeks; solidifies backup role

Last year's emergency third quarterback made the most of whatever was left in the preseason finale. DeVito completed 2-of-4 passes for 55 yards and added 16 yards rushing, finding Kyle Williams for a touchdown on a go route for the third scoring strike between the quarterback and wide receiver in as many August matchups. He stayed in until the 3:30 mark in the first quarter, establishing himself as the new backup behind Drake Maye.
