Sims makes roster as tight end and primary fullback option.

Sims is projected to make the Dolphins' 53-man roster as the third tight end and will serve as the primary fullback option if the team wants to use him in that role; the source assumes Sims will be healthy and ready for the start of the year, otherwise DJ Herman would need to be added back to the roster.
