Neither should be drafted this high... Bowers averaged 15.5 in 2024, the better season of his two years in the NFL... There's no sense in reaching for one of these players unless your league features a TE-Premium scoring setting.

Bowers' 15.5 PPG average doesn't justify 1.10 pick without TE-Premium

Brock Bowers should not be drafted at 1.10 unless in a TE-Premium scoring league. In 2024, his better season of two NFL years, Bowers averaged 15.5 PPR points per game, well below the 18.5+ PPR average of five running backs and five wide receivers in 2024 and 11 in 2025. Bowers is onto his third quarterback in three years and will depend on Fernando Mendoza's quick NFL adjustment. Reaching for elite tight ends at this draft position makes little sense outside of TE-Premium settings.
