ArticlePackers Film Room, Preseason Week 2: Emptying the Notebook on the Offense
From the article
Unlike Neyor, we pretty much only got go routes from Sturdivant in Week 1... This week we got a little more, with Sturdivant showing good, sharp breaks at the top of his shorter routes... We did get to see a bit of blocking, and the process looked much better than we had previously seen.

Sturdivant's expanded route tree and improved blocking show development, though injury limited snaps.
Sturdivant showed significant route-running expansion and improved blocking in Week 2 preseason after being limited to go routes in Week 1. His explosion and speed remained on display, but he added sharp breaks at the top of shorter routes, demonstrating ability to threaten with speed then snap back inside—a skill that could serve him well with more room to work. Blocking process improved markedly from Week 1 tentative approach; he attacked blocks better and showed better understanding of positioning. Limited snaps this week due to injury sustained on a play where he attacked the outside shoulder before snapping back inside.
