Meeks' growth and special teams value earn fourth TE spot

Meeks is projected as the fourth tight end on the 53-man roster. He has shown enough growth to warrant consideration for the spot and is very capable on special teams. Coach Dan Campbell praised him, saying 'He's strong, and he's willing, and he's smart,' noting his time on task and how he attacks special teams. Meeks struggled in blocking on Saturday but his touchdown pass will help his case.
