Williams is in the best running game, and he doesn't have a quarterback getting tush push touchdowns, so he's first.

STACKED’s take

Positive signalValue

Williams is value pick in best running game without tush push QB.

Sigmund Bloom labels Williams a VALUE PICK in the high floor/high ceiling RB1 tier; he ranks Williams first in this group because he's in the best running game and doesn't have a quarterback scoring tush push touchdowns (unlike Saquon Barkley with the Eagles).
