Yahoo Sports NFL on Greg Dortch

Dortch's forced missed tackle rate rivals elite receivers despite minimal target volume.

Dortch is a YAC machine with elite forced missed tackle production relative to catch volume. Last season on just 29 receptions, he forced 12 missed tackles—the same number Jameson Williams forced on 65 catches. In 2024, on 37 catches, Dortch forced 13 missed tackles, matching Ladd McConkey's total on 82 receptions. The source emphasizes this YAC ability is 'most tantalizing' about the addition for the Bills, as Dortch is a receiver that defenders 'do not want to see in space.'
