The New Orleans Saints are adding more experience to their practice squad, as they officially signed wide receiver Cedric Tillman and tight end Stone Smartt on Tuesday. Smartt provides additional depth at tight end. The six-foot-four, 226-pounder spent the first three seasons of his career with the Los Angeles Chargers before joining the New York Jets last season. He's hauled in 38 receptions for 432 yards and one touchdown across 53 career games.
