Kamara's late-round value hinges on knee health and Etienne's availability; elite 2024 receiving metrics suggest upside.

Kamara is a late-round/handcuff option assuming his training camp knee injury doesn't linger into the season. After missing the tail end of 2025 with an MCL sprain, he produced 2.56 yards after contact per attempt (44th of 49 backs) and 0.78 yards per route run (career-low) in 2025. However, in 2024 he ranked first in target share (19.6%), second in yards per route run (1.93), and 13th in fantasy points per route run among 45 qualifying backs. As a passing-down specialist and change-of-pace back, his efficiency could trend back up if his knee fully heals; he would return to every-down workhorse status if Travis Etienne misses time, otherwise he should be an interesting flex play weekly in PPR formats.
