Roseman was very complimentary of Moore, saying he had a great camp, was able to separate, and knows how to get open. The Eagles had been following Moore's career since Joe Douglas drafted him to the Jets, and they didn't want to risk losing him to the waiver wire, so they retained him on the active roster.
