Article18 Fantasy Football Busts Experts Avoid (2026)
From the article
Malik Nabers is coming off of two surgeries to repair his torn ACL. Even though he seems to be doing better, there is zero chance he'll be 100% at any part of the 2026 season. It takes most athletes two years after their surgery until they feel 100%.

Nabers' dual ACL surgeries and scar tissue issues make him a bust at WR12 ADP.
Nabers is coming off two surgeries to repair his torn ACL; his first surgery was October 28, 2025, and he required a second to clean up excessive scar tissue causing joint stiffness. Mark Ringo argues there is zero chance Nabers will be 100% at any point in the 2026 season, as most athletes take two years post-surgery to feel fully recovered, and he should not be drafted as a top-20 WR. Ed Birdsall notes that while Giants camp reports are positive, the injury risk outweighs reward at his current ADP of 29th overall (WR12), and fantasy managers won't have the luxury of waiting for him to reach full health.
