Moore's WR2 price is too high; declining targets and efficiency limit bounceback upside.

Doug Burrell cautions that fantasy managers are pricing in too much of a bounceback for DJ Moore at ADP 47.7 (WR22). Moore's target share and efficiency both declined last season, and Buffalo has not needed to funnel its passing game through one receiver. Burrell ranks Moore as a WR3 while he is being drafted as a WR2, and he is not convinced target volume will be high enough for Moore to return value at his current price.
