TreVeyon Henderson finished his rookie season as the RB24 in fantasy points per game, but it wasn't nearly that productive for fantasy managers when you look at the full breakdown of how it unfolded. In Weeks 10-11, Rhamondre Stevenson wasn't active, and Henderson feasted with 60.3 combined PPR points, which accounted for 29.2% of his overall fantasy production for the season.

Derek Brown warns that TreVeyon Henderson at ADP 57.3 (RB26) could be the biggest bust in fantasy football if drafted as an RB2. Henderson finished his rookie season as RB24 in fantasy points per game, but 29.2% of his production came in Weeks 10-11 when Rhamondre Stevenson was inactive; without those two games, Henderson would have averaged 9.8 PPR points per game (RB33 pace). With Stevenson active, Henderson averaged 11.2 touches and 57.2 total yards per game versus 19 touches and 110 yards without him. Henderson was bested by Stevenson in every efficiency metric: explosive run rate, missed tackle rate, yards after contact per attempt, yards per route run, and pass protection. Among 49 qualifying backs, Henderson ranked 12th in explosive run rate but 32nd in missed tackle rate and 42nd in yards after contact per attempt. Brown views Henderson as an upside RB3 at best, unlikely to overtake Stevenson in 2026.
