Moore's fit with Allen's system and Bills' motivation make him the best value in the 49-60 Yahoo range.

Moore is a freelancer who didn't fit in Ben Johnson's apparently precise scheme but gels better with Josh Allen's style of play. The Bills paid a pretty penny and are highly motivated to make this work. Among the 49-60 range on Yahoo (which the source calls their least favorite collection of 12 players all summer), Moore's case is the most compelling.
