The Chargers have two good running backs in Omarion Hampton and Kimani Vidal, so the newly acquired Mitchell isn't going to be in line for a big workload anytime soon. But, we've seen Mitchell show his explosiveness on the field and when you combine that with a Mike McDaniel offense, there is inherent upside.

Mitchell has upside in McDaniel's system but faces a crowded backfield; flex-worthy on 8-10 touches.

Mitchell is newly acquired by the Chargers but won't be in line for a big workload anytime soon with Omarion Hampton and Kimani Vidal already on the roster. However, he has shown explosiveness on the field, and in a Mike McDaniel offense—which wasn't afraid to use the smallish De'Von Achane as a lead back in Miami—there is inherent upside. Even on 8-10 touches per game, Mitchell would be flex-worthy, though the upside will be tough to reach.
