Murray is already top-eight all-time in fantasy PPG for QBs and now joins the Vikings in what Bertalone calls possibly the best situation of his career, with elite pass catchers (Justin Jefferson, Jordan Addison, TJ Hawkinson, Jawan Jennings), a good offensive line, and Kevin O'Connell as offensive coordinator. Bertalone dismisses concerns about a QB battle with JJ McCarthy, noting Murray is a proven starter and McCarthy was "absolutely awful in 2025." Bertalone expects Murray to benefit from O'Connell's scheme and anticipates a return to rushing production multiple years removed from his ACL tear.
