I don't think Cousins has much (if any) trade value at this stage in his career. Especially if he isn't starting anymore, that likely means he wasn't playing well in the first half of the season. Plus, even if Cousins isn't playing, he brings more value as Mendoza's mentor than a sixth- or seventh-round pick would.
