Keenan Allen signed with the Indianapolis Colts this offseason to reunite with longtime coach Shane Steichen while Alec Pierce was rehabbing a left ankle injury. However, Allen made headlines for all the wrong reasons shortly after signing, getting arrested on two DUI charges. While Colts GM Chris Ballard stated Allen should be available for their season opener against the Ravens, Jim Moorman questions whether Allen is mentally invested in the NFL. At 34 years old, the physical side of things may also be catching up to him. Moorman believes Josh Downs is the clear No. 1 WR in this offense and that Pierce's role is far too different from Allen's to have any real impact on his playing time, assuming health. Moorman ranks Allen as dynasty WR90 overall and would sell him for a random third-round rookie pick from any future year.
