Concepcion has the talent to be Cleveland's clear WR1 this season. He is a receiver who can threaten a defense at all three levels while making plays after the catch. In two of his last three collegiate seasons, he ranked top 35 in FBS in YAC per reception (26th and 33rd per PFF), and in 2023 he was 17th in missed tackles forced among FBS wide receivers. However, his first NFL game won't be easy: Jacksonville allowed the second-fewest fantasy points per target and third-fewest yards per target to slot receivers last year.
