Bowers is expected to be the focal point of Klint Kubiak's offense as the third-year tight end. He has been Kirk Cousins' go-to target throughout training camp, and given the Raiders' receiving corps leaves something to be desired, expect him to be targeted often. Even if he doesn't surpass Witten's record in Week 1, the 23-year-old (birthday Dec. 13) should be able to do it by the end of the month barring injury.
