Michael Penix is still recovering from a torn ACL suffered last year, leaving Tua Tagovailoa to win the starting job. However, Tua did little throughout the summer to convince anyone he can maintain the job, creating added uncertainty around London's performance. This quarterback instability could significantly water down London's production to start the year until Penix has a chance to win the job back.
