Lance is a contrarian GPP dart throw at punt salary. According to PFF, Lance averaged 21.2 yards per reception and scored eight receiving touchdowns with a 15.5-yard aDOT and 3.58 Y/RR in 13 games in his final collegiate season at North Dakota State. In the preseason, he had six targets, 0.21 TPRR, four receptions, 44 receiving yards, 1.52 Y/RR, and a 10.2-yard aDOT on 29 routes. He's not likely to see large volume, but the Lions allowed the seventh-most yards per target (8.69) to outside wide receivers last year, and Lance aligned wide 78.1% of the time in the preseason and 90.3% of the time in his final collegiate season.
