Jacksonville's only viable pass-catching RB; can run and catch.

Samwise identifies Allen as Jacksonville's best pass-catching running back option, noting he can both run between the tackles and catch passes. With Basial Tootin setting records for pass protection inefficiency and Chris Rodriguez having poor hands, Allen is the only viable third-down back and pass-catcher in the backfield.
