Johnson's offensive wizardry was just the spice that 2024 first-overall pick QB Caleb Williams needed to practically become the new face of the NFL. Commercials, and magazine covers, Williams has utterly transformed Chicago's reputation in professional football through his bottomless well of highlights and personality. On the gridiron, his improvisation while under pressure and awareness of receivers downfield made watching him an absolute delight, especially as his 'clutch factor' seemed to improve by the week. We all hear the 'he's just like Patrick Mahomes' allusion over and over again, but Williams is probably the most deserving of the comparison that we've seen yet in the NFL.

Williams is probably the most deserving of the 'he's just like Patrick Mahomes' comparison that we've seen yet in the NFL. He and his offensive line were practically miracle workers in the latter half of the season, winning six of their last nine games and stealing nearly all of those victories in the final five minutes of the game.
