Higgins' ACL tear derails Texans' big-body receiver plan for Stroud.

Second-year WR Jayden Higgins tore his ACL during practice, ending his 2026 sophomore campaign before it even began. This was absolutely crushing news for Texans fans; Higgins was supposed to give Stroud another big-body receiver with a wide catch-radius for him to target downfield, which happens to be Stroud's strong suit.
