The team announced that they've added Xavier Gipson to the practice squad... Gipson spent some time around the team in 2025, with the Eagles claiming him off waivers from the Giants in late-September and then releasing him in early-December. He ultimately played in five games for the Birds, from Week 7 to Week 12, and while he did make two catches in that time, he was mostly used for kick and punt returns when he did take the field.
