Love finished with 387 passing yards and two touchdowns on 21/42 completions, his second-highest passing yardage total ever, but the performance was marred by back-to-back late fumbles caused by poor offensive line protection against Brian Flores' sellout blitzes and a late interception partly caused by the same protection issues. Much of his yardage came late with the team bleeding out after Minnesota scored two touchdowns in less than two minutes.
