The catch is that Montgomery got 23 touches, including nearly all of the high-value ones. Marks did convert a 4th-and-1 at the end of the fourth quarter, showing he's not completely shut out of short-yardage work, though Montgomery converted a 4th-and-1 earlier on the same drive.
