Nix pressured on 45.5% of dropbacks; efficient when protected but hampered by one-dimensional play-calling.

Bo Nix was pressured on 45.5% of his dropbacks against Kansas City in Week 1; when protection held up, he completed 15-of-18 for 126 yards and a TD. Sean Payton attributed the pressure partly to Denver's one-dimensional offensive approach and skewed run-pass ratio, which forced the Broncos into predictable passing situations. Nix also struggled with fumbles and sacks, compounded by poor third-down conversion (0-for-10 on final attempts), making his job description much more difficult.
