There's nothing good to see here. Nothing at all. Rush is a below-league average passer and it showed in Week 1.

London's minimal Week 1 role under Cooper Rush offers no confidence for fantasy.
London will be difficult to depend on with Cooper Rush at quarterback. In Week 1, he had only a 13.6% target share, 29 receiving yards (1.21 YPRR), zero red zone targets, zero deep targets, and a 21.4% first-read share. The source states there is nothing good to see here and attributes the poor performance to Rush being a below-league average passer. Week 2 matchup against Carolina's leaky secondary (sixth-most yards per target allowed, 15th in passer rating allowed) offers some hope, but Rush's limitations remain the primary concern.
