I see little reason to treat Justin Herbert as a QB1 without Ladd McConkey, and I see equally as little reason to believe McConkey will play through his rib injury against the Raiders. This offense looks completely out of sync, and Ladd's likely absence is going to make it that much more difficult for everyone to get on the same page.

Herbert's QB1 status hinges on McConkey's rib injury; Chargers' depth is concerning.

There is little reason to treat Justin Herbert as a QB1 without WR Ladd McConkey, and there is equally little reason to believe McConkey will play through his rib injury against the Raiders; Vegas does not project as a difficult matchup, but neither did the Cardinals, and the Chargers' offense looks completely out of sync with McConkey's likely absence making it that much more difficult for everyone to get on the same page, raising concerns about the team's play-making depth.
