Goff threw 3 TDs despite multiple sacks, led late Lions comeback

Jared Goff had a mixed performance against Buffalo, taking multiple sacks early (coverage sack in Q1, sack by Greg Rousseau on second-and-1, sack after escaping interior pressure in Q2) but recovered to throw multiple touchdowns including an 11-yard TD to Jahmyr Gibbs, a 2-yard TD to Amon-Ra St. Brown, and a 27-yard TD to St. Brown late in the game. Goff also converted a key fourth-and-4 with an 18-yard pass to LaPorta and executed a 27-yard TD throw in the final drive.
