With Nico Collins potentially out and Tank Dell and Jayden Higgins already sidelined, Texans have only four other receivers on the 53-man roster, creating a very real chance Tinsley gets a gameday call-up from the practice squad. Tinsley made the Bengals' 53-man roster last year and was arguably their toughest cut; he made several big plays in the regular season. However, three other practice squad receivers (Josh Kelly, Daniel Sobkowicz, Lewis Bond) were with the Texans through training camp and could be ahead of Tinsley in the pecking order.
