McMillan faces struggling Terrell; Week 1 penalties create big-play opportunities.

McMillan has a favorable Week 2 matchup against AJ Terrell, who struggled significantly in Week 1 with multiple pass interference penalties and coverage breakdowns against DK Metcalf and Michael Pittman. The source notes McMillan has a chance to catch Terrell while he's struggling, with opportunities to pick up big plays if Terrell maintains his poor Week 1 form; the Falcons' strong safeties provide some coverage help, but there should be room for receivers to win on the outside.
