Titans QB Cam Ward finished 19-of-32 for 140 yards and 1 TD in Week 1 vs Jets, but a large portion of production came via garbage-time possession (55 passing yards and TD late in fourth quarter once Jets defense went into prevent shell). All-22 tape review showed Ward was hesitant, inefficient, occasionally inaccurate, and bailed from clean pockets despite offensive line performing better than broadcast angles indicated and receivers creating consistent separation. The sophomore No. 1 overall pick needs to get better weekly heading into Week 2 vs Eagles.
