Brown suffered a high-ankle sprain in the third quarter of New England's season opener against the Seattle Seahawks on Sept. 9. Now, with the receiver landing on short-term injured reserve, he's out for at least four games. And to add salt to the wound, NFL Network's Ian Rapoport expects Brown to miss about six weeks of the season, which would set him up to return on Nov. 1 against the Miami Dolphins at Hard Rock Stadium.
