JSN used in creative route concepts to create separation.

JSN was featured in Brian Fleury's creative passing concepts. On a red zone play that was wiped out by a penalty, Fleury put JSN in man coverage and used JSN's route to effectively 'protect' Kupp's route, creating separation for what would have been an easy touchdown. JSN was also lined up as the left tackle with Charles Cross on the opposite side of the formation for a pin-and-pull concept, showing Fleury's willingness to create unusual alignments.
