McBride was used right out of the gate against the Cardinals as he began the game with a big catch up the seam. From there, Arizona utilized him in a ton of triangle reads where he was either the bait to move defenders or as the primary receiver in the route concept...He was seriously unstoppable, and it bothers me what Bowers could end up doing if he is available this week.

McBride was unstoppable against the Chargers in Week 1, finishing with nine catches for 95 yards and a touchdown. Arizona utilized him in triangle reads where he was either the bait to move defenders or the primary receiver; when the defense focused on McBride, Kendrick Bourne or Michael Wilson benefited, and when they sliced up the defense, Brissett returned to McBride. Even on a short pass near the line of scrimmage, he was first contacted at the line and still rumbled for around 10 yards. Michael Peterson expressed concern that Brock Bowers could do similar damage if healthy against the Chargers.
