Zay Flowers has been downgraded from doubtful to out for Sunday's game against the Saints. Despite returning to practice on Friday, the Ravens have ruled him out for the matchup. Flowers had caught five passes for 150 yards and a touchdown in Baltimore's 41-23 win over Indianapolis before exiting that contest.
