Replay showed that Brown got his left foot down just before the goal line and his left knee landed in bounds as he rolled out of the end zone.

Brown appeared to catch a touchdown pass from Marcus Mariota on 2nd-and-9 from the Dallas 29-yard line in Week 2 against the Cowboys, with replay showing his left foot down just before the goal line and left knee landed in bounds as he rolled out of the end zone. However, officials ruled the play incomplete on the field, and replay officials upheld the call despite visual evidence supporting a catch.
