Herbert finished 15 of 27 for 192 yards, one touchdown, and two interceptions in the Chargers' 26-14 loss to the Raiders. One interception was a David Njoku drop, but Herbert's overall performance reflected an offense that was frustratingly underwhelming and completely disconnected for the second consecutive game.
