Lock took over mid-game Wednesday after Sam Darnold limped off the field five plays in with a hip muscle injury, completing 16 of 22 passes for 187 yards and a touchdown to help the Seahawks rally for a 13-10 victory over New England. If Darnold misses a game or two, Lock will start Sept. 20 at Arizona and potentially beyond, marking his third start as a Seahawk and eighth overall since 2021.
