The 2024 first overall pick suffered a hamstring injury in the second half of Sunday's loss to Minnesota while attempting to run toward the end zone in wet conditions at Soldier Field. He was helped off the field, carted to the locker room with his face concealed, and did not return. Per Tom Pelissero, Williams did not suffer a major hamstring injury and the team is not ruling him out for Week 3 vs. Eagles; he was in good spirits after the game.
